The Luemerhof
The Luemerhof is located on the hillside of Marlengo's local mountain, the Vigiljoch. From there you have a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, the Texelgroup, the mountain Hirzer and the mountain Ivigna. You have a fantastic view of the spa town of Merano and across the Adige Valley to Bolzano.
Your holiday home is in the middle of nature, surrounded by apple meadows and mixed forest.

The apartments
The vacation apartments were furnished in 2022 in the newly built outbuilding of the traditional farmhouse and are designed for two to three people each (45 m²). If needed, there is also space for up to five people
Each apartment consists of:
- bedroom with double bed and couch
- bathroom with shower and WC
- well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher
- dining and living area (SAT-TV) with couch
- anteroom with wardrobe
- balcony with panoramic view, table and chairs

The two apartments can be rented at the following prices and conditions:

Final cleaning and VAT are included in the rental price.
All our guests will be able to take advantage of the Südtirol Guest Pass and can use public transport for free.
Local tax of 2,20 € per day and person (starting from 14 years) is added to the rental price.
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the rental price is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation conditions

To give our guests a good start into the day, we offer a bread service.
You choose the day before from the assortment of the village bakery and we make sure that your order is prepared in front of your apartment the next morning.

How to reach the Luemerhof
From the Passo di Resia: In the town of Foresta (Forst Brewery, Lagundo), just before Merano, take the right-hand exit for Marlengo, clearly signposted.
From Brennero and Bolzano: Take the Bolzano South highway exit, then continue towards Merano on the MEBO street until the "Marlengo" exit. Continue over the Adige Bridge towards Marlengo/village.
In the center of Marlengo, follow Anselm-Pattis Street until you reach the junction with Berger Street. From here, the drive is straightforward thanks to the clear signage.
Our farm is located in a very quiet area, only 5 minutes by car from the center of Marlengo. Once you reach us, you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking view.
